Issue/Introduction

Dates on the My Requests module screen display in MM/DD/YYYY format. This causes confusion for regional users who expect a DD/MM/YYYY regional format.
Configuring the global localization default to en_AU (English - Australia) does not automatically force the updated format onto the active end-user login sessions.

Environment

Release: 14.x

Component: Identity Portal

Resolution

Login to IP Admin UI, select LOCALIZATION tab and click the top left "+" button and add en_AU local and select "Configure as default" box if necessary. And make sure to click the [Save] button.

When the user at IP User Console Login page, please click the "EN" button at the bottom and make sure "English(Australia)" is selected and then the user can login.
