Issue/Introduction

We have configured a governance cluster and are receiving an unknownhostexception on our second server.

When we kept Server A down, from Server B, import was requesting service from url :http://Server A:8082/eurekify/services/buildingBlockService?wsdl, which in detail showed unknownhostexception error

Environment

Release : 14.x

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

This is most likely related to DNS issues or how your load balancer is configured.  In order to work around this issue add the hostname to the hosts file on the server. 

Reach out to your network team and ensure you have correctly mapped your VIP to each node's IP Address.
