On Virtual Appliance receive [WARN] cannot fetch cache utilization statistics

Issue/Introduction
When running statistics in virtual appliance, receive the following warning message:
[WARN] cannot fetch cache utilization statistics for ca-prov-srv-01-impd-main using dxsnmp
[WARN] cannot fetch cache utilization statistics for ca-prov-srv-01-impd-main using dxsnmp
Cause
Corrupted PID files can lead to this issue. PIDs can become corrupted for various reasons. For example, a server crash or hang which requires a hard reboot.
Resolution
> su to the DSA user by running su - dsa
> Run dxserver status, note the ca-prov-srv-01-impd-main dsa is "recoverable" shown in screen below
> Navigate to /opt/CA/Directory/dxserver/pid
> Run rm /opt/CA/Directory/dxserver/pid/*
> Start the DSA
> Run dxserver status, note the ca-prov-srv-01-impd-main dsa is "recoverable" shown in screen below
> Navigate to /opt/CA/Directory/dxserver/pid
> Run rm /opt/CA/Directory/dxserver/pid/*
> Start the DSA
