Monitor tests failing and not previewing

Issue/Introduction
When saving a script would get the following message:
The error is "
Test Failed
The monitor was created successfully, but initial test has failed due to a . How do you wish to proceed?
".
Clicking on Activate works, but the next run seems to take forever to come back.
Environment
Release : SAAS
Component : CA APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR (WATCHMOUSE)
Resolution
L2 provided a hotfix to ASM and resolved the issue. 10.4
