Data Discrepancy between Timesheets and Capacity Report

Issue/Introduction

A project shows more hours on the Clarity Team page and the Capacity reports as well. However, the timesheets for this project reflect fewer hours. 

What could be causing this discrepancy?

Resolution

The additional actual hours can be coming from extra transactions that were manually created or xogged in. These transactions can be found by querying the PPA_WIP table or checking in the UI under various transaction related pages such as: Posted Transaction Review, Transaction List and the Create WIP Adjustment pages.
