Abend S0C4 In Top Secret For IMS V15 BMP Region.

Issue/Introduction

When migrating to IMS v15.1 from 14.1, a S0C4 abend is received when an IMS BMP region starts.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

IMS message region abends with S0C4 at offset x'84A' in TSSD140Z or TSS150Z after RSU1912 during startup.

The PTFs SO12118 and SO11952 should solve this abend.
