Issue/Introduction

On the primary hub, disk space is filling up in folder D:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\hub\q\tickets

The folder is over 50GB and the tickets queue in the hub has over 18,000,000 queued messages

Component : UIM - SDGTW

Resolution

The \hub\q\tickets folder related to the sdgtw probe which was integrated with CA SDM. CA SDM had recently been changed to to use SSL ports. The ports needed opening so sdgtw could connect and drain the queue.
