- U00003621 Version of Automation Engine database objects: '12.3.1
- U00005132 No matching entry found in table UC_ZDU for this version of the automation. Please update initial data.
After upgrading the Automation Engine (AE) system from v12.2.x to v12.3.X, the above error message is present in the Worker Process (WP) log and the WPs and Communication Processes (CPs) fail to start.

Root Cause: When upgrading AE you must also upgrade the DB schema using the Utility DB load.

Resolution
When upgrading the Automation Engine system, the DB schema must also be upgraded to the same version using the DB Load Utility.
Use the UC_UPD.txt data file from the version you are upgrading to (i.e. v12.3) and load the data into the system using the DB Load Utility.
Also, The DB directory must be copied completely
