Issue/Introduction

Although we have successfully, created ticket using ServiceNow proxy settings, however, we still cannot import ServiceNow topology using proxy server.

Release : 1.3.2

Component : CA DOI AO PLATFORM COMPONENTS

Resolution

Currently Proxy configuration while importing the services from service now is not supported.

It would be an ER. Have arised an ER with PM Team.
