Remove Old Agents from Operations Center

Issue/Introduction

I was going through the Release Automation Operations Center's Dashboard and see a number of 'offline agents' which are on servers that no longer exist or no longer need agents.

How can we remove these old agents?

Resolution

If you are still at version 6.6 youll need to open the Automation Studio's Agent Management area and remove the agents from there.





Once you are at 6.7 there is an Agent Management option under Administration which allows access to your Agents and you can remove from there:
