Group migration from one UMP or Operator Console environment to another

Issue/Introduction

In standing up a new environment, is there a way to migrate the USM or OC (Operator Console) groups from one environment to another? 

Resolution

Unfortunately, importing group information from one environment into another environment is not currently supported.
