We are not able to see the top host and top protocol data in CAPM but are able to see it in NFA.

We are not able to see the top host and top protocol data in CA Performance Management (CAPM) but able to see it in Network Flow Analysis (NFA).

Environment

Resolution

You should see the graphs on the dashboard "Network Interface Performance"

If CA Performance Center (CAPC) is integrated with NFA 10.0+ the Top Enterprise Hosts by Volume view and the Top Enterprise Protocols by Volume view do not work and are hidden when view suppression is enabled.

Note that if you do disable view suppression and can see the views if you try and drill down into the hosts you will get an error such as:

HTTP ERROR 404
