Regular user cannot change the ownership of report to Admin

Issue/Introduction

You use Active Directory for iDash login. Our iDash users with account type "regular" can not create their own reports. Is there any security access you can allow for regular users to create reports?

Error: "Regular user cannot change the ownership of report to Admin"

Environment

• Release : 12.1
• Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE IDASH

Cause

User name log in must match what is defined in iDash.

Resolution

Make sure you login with the user ID defined in iDash.
