Filtering on Blueprint using an Ampersand '&' results in 'API-1006' error

Issue/Introduction

When you try to filter on the Blueprint page in the Modern User Experience (UX) using an Ampersand '&', the following error is displayed:

API-1006 : The value ''%' for Attribute 'name' is not in expected format or is invalid.

When the users navigates away from the page without clearing out the Ampersand '&' entered in the Filter section then returns back to the page then user is no longer able to get the Blueprint page to display. Only the following error is displayed;
"API-1006 : The value ''%' for Attribute 'name' is not in expected format or is invalid".

Resolution

This issue is fixed in 15.8.1.
