Issue/Introduction

How we can extract latency report on interface level.

We usually get the same from eHealth. 

 

Cause

In ehealth we only pinged the device and the latency we showed for the interfaces was just the ping response time for the device itself.

The only exception was if you had set up the steps in this techdoc.

Resolution

We do not have a latency report for interfaces because we do not record how long it took to read interface poll data each poll cycle.
