WCC errors E133004 timeout and web site becomes unresponsive

Issue/Introduction

Users are using Quick View to search for jobs and they are receiving the error above as well as the WCC gui becomes unresponsive.  During this time, performance issues were encountered with respect to CPU spiking and java consuming the processor.

 

 

Environment

Release : 11.4

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

Restart the as_server process on the Workload Automation AE server.
