Issue/Introduction

When I try to create a user with "key credentials", it ends up with the users with password section.

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation System Agent

Resolution

We ran the following test on WAAE AutoSys 11.3.6 SP8 on Windows 2012 with a 2048 bit key and it worked fine:

We can find the “key credential user” under the “List of all the key credential users” as expected.

We also double checked under list of “Users with password” the” key credential user” was Not there.
