The following article outlines the steps required to create a Partner Portal User Profile to gain access to the Broadcom Partner Portal.

Resolution

To create your Partner Portal User Profile for CA, Symantec, and VMware, please refer to the attached Broadcom Partner user registration guide.

Complete Steps 1 -9 for access to the Partner Portal:

  1. Register as a Basic Broadcom User Account (refer to pages 1-3 of the guide).
  2. Upgrade to a Partner User account (refer to pages 3-5 of the guide). This step is mandatory for Partner Portal access.
  3. Access Education and Certifications (refer to pages 5-6 of the guide).
