Subject: End-of-Support Announcement for CA Service Operations Insight 4.2 and older releases

 

Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the terms and conditions, guidelines, and parameters of Broadcom’s support program, documented in the Broadcom Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of the End of Support (EoS) for the CA Service Operations Insight 4.2 and older releases.

 

This means:

  • We shall be discontinuing the package distribution, maintenance, and technical support for version 4.2 and older releases of CA Service Operations Insight effective May 4, 2026
  • At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to CA Service Operations Insight 4.3 as soon as possible.

 

This change will allow our development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value across the CA SOI solution.

 

We encourage you to download the CA SOI 4.3 software, now generally available, from Broadcom Support. To get started, follow the installation instructions from Tech Docs. We also encourage you to look at the product information page at Broadcom Support Portal.
