Emails have stopped working, though the PAM configuration has not changed. When looking at the Tomcat logs, one or both of the following warnings are observed.
WARNING: Couldn't send email: com.cloakware.cspm.server.app.ApplicationException: CommandSequenceCmd.getUser: get user failed WARNING: Couldn't send email: com.cloakware.cspm.server.app.ApplicationException: E-mail server/account properties not set
These messages will occur when there is an issue with the account specified in the Credential Manager settings, or if the account had been deleted.
Modify the Credential Manager email settings and update the account. To view the account specified, go to Settings > Credential Manager, then click the Email Settings tab.
To view the Tomcat logs, go to Configuration > Diagnostics > Diagnostic Logs, click the Download tab, and click RECENT LOG ENTRIES next to Tomcat.
