SEP Mobile is prompting for reactivation unexpectedly.
Your device is deleted in the SEP Mobile Console unexpectedly.


Your device may have been seen as offline for more than 30 days. 
SEP Mobile may have been closed on your device for more than 30 days.

The SEP Mobile Console has a defaulted 30 day offline deletion policy. If a device is seen offline for more than 30 days, it will be auto-deleted from the console. This policy cannot be modified or changed by any user or administrator. This policy is not found within the SEP Mobile console.


Make sure to allow SEP Mobile to run in the background. Approve all mandatory permissions requested by SEP Mobile. Manually open SEP mobile if you notice it has been closed.
