Service Management - Reports using Incident Details class fail in 17.2

Issue/Introduction

We are getting errors on existing CABI reports using the “Incident Details” class.

 

Example: ODBC error: AHD12002:Error in QueryHandler ServiceDesk-1615740205-1 in method fetch_response: syntax error, unexpected IN_TOKEN, expecting $end or UNION at Call_Req ... in

 

When we run the same report with the “Request Details” class, the error does not occur.

Resolution

The resolution for this problem is slated to be included in an upcoming release of Service Management.
