CA Deliver - Job Output Getting Triggered, but Printer is not Printing.

Issue/Introduction

The application team are unable to print from the View mainframe Online screens.

It was identified that the Out Dest attribute should be enabled from N to Y in the Report Definition Attributes panel for report in question.

Will a report go from printing, to not printing, for any reason other than a Deliver Administrator changing it on the respective panel?

Resolution

The enabling of printing was only done by changing the Out Distribution ID attribute, which was probably done by an Administrator on a panel, as Deliver would not do that of its own accord, in an upgrade.
