OneClick servers must be restarted to resume DSS heartbeats

We observed after a large network outage that several OneClick/DSS combinations in our environment stopped receiving alarm updates.  On further inspection, we found that in these cases, the DSS stopped sending heartbeats to the impacted OneClick servers. When you open the OneClick Administration Landscapes page you see the Heartbeat is longer than 60 seconds after the network outage.  The only way to restore the connection is to stop and restart the OneClick Tomcat process.

Network failure causes a disconnect between the SpectroSERVER and the Tomcat server.

Release : 10.4

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

This is resolved in patch 10.04.02.PTF_10.4.201 for DX NetOps Spectrum 20.2.   An alarm will be generated on the VNM model noting  "Client Application is not responding to updates" but the SS and tomcat connection will be restored within 5 minutes once the network issue has been resolved.
This is included in (20.2.3) and above.
