Notification traps are not being sent from CAPM when Management Lost event occur

Issue/Introduction

We had setup CAPM Notifications to send traps  when "Management Lost" is occurring for the device in Data Collector;
however , CAPM is not generating those traps.

Could see them in Events tab of the devices however:

Release : 3.x

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

Threshold traps have a severity as you have defined in the threshold rule.

But system events like management lost and polling disabled do not have a severity.

Resolution

In the notifier rule, under conditions, either select all severities, or include unknown so that events with no severity will be picked up:
