What does the following error message mean?

This error message is output when you log into the management console as an incorrect user.
If you log in with the correct user and incorrect password, this error is not output.A variant of the error has been encountered in a weblogic deployment where the upgrade from CA Identity Manager 12.6.8 to 14.3 has failed and the Management Console cannot be accessed. (Log extract below)

The option for recovery is to restore the 12.6.8 system and rerun the upgrade
