Issue/Introduction

When trying to reinstall the SystemEDGE on a Win2016 Server after uninstalling it the VAIM console displays the following error:

Package delivery failed, [Timeout waiting for idprimer installation.]

 

Environment

Release : 12.9

Component : VPM GENERAL

Resolution

  1. Uninstall CA Infrastructure Deployment Primer from Add\Remove Programs.
  2. Reinstall the SystemEDGE agent from the VAIM Console.
