Facing issues with uploading attachments in CA SDM 17.X.
Environment
Release : CA Service Desk Manager 17.X.
Resolution
File with 0 KB size can't be attached to ticket in CA SDM 17.X and its intended behavior. File size should be more than 0 KB .
