What is the difference between Microsoft Monthly Rollup and Full Security Rollup of Clarity Client Automation ?

Resolution
Microsoft Monthly Rollup:
Security Monthly Quality Update (also known as the Monthly Rollup). Contains all new security fixes for the month (i.e. the same ones in the Security-only Quality Update) plus all security and non-security fixes from all previous Monthly Rollups. This update gets published to Windows Update as well as WSUS and the Windows Update Catalog. It is released on Patch Tuesday.
Full Security Rollup: ( Patch Manager) :
This is a cumulative of all the patches released till today including current months security updates. This is Broadcom content team provided patch every month.
If you are using Patch Manager , Deploying Full Security Rollup will make your computer up to date .
