robot inactive alert coming again and again in hub server

Issue/Introduction

The Robot (*.*.*.*) is getting stopped again and again even after re-installing.

Hence we are getting repeated robot inactive alerts.

Environment

Release : 8.51

Robot version:7.93

Cause

controller configuration (controller.cfg) file got corrupted.

Resolution

Summary:
==========
- All are seems to be good and ldd (List Dynamic Dependencies) for executables like nimbus and controller are also fine.
- Upon investigation found that controller.cfg got corrupted.
- There is no "hdb" start section (<hdb>)
- Added hdb section and started nimsoft service.
- We could see robot services got started and all probes deployed on the server are also working.
