How to add Configuration Item field in  ServicePoint Ticket?

Issue/Introduction

In Service Point when we try to create a ticket by default it lists only Description and Urgency.
To order other fields kindly follow mentioned steps.

Environment

Release : 17.2

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

By default in ServicePoint we do not see CI field. Would need to add it manually by following below steps:

1. Go to Administration tab -> xflow Interface -> ServicePoint -> Configurations -> click on Default 
2. In the "Default ServicePoint Configuration Detail" window click on tab  2. New Ticket Attributes -> Create New 
3. In the "Create a New Ticket Attribute" window from "Ticket Attribute" select the "Configuration Item" and save it.
    In this window you can also save "Default Configuration Item" value.

Now in ServicePoint when you create a ticket can see Configuration Item field.

Same steps can be followed for adding other available field in the ticket form.
