When using Chrome or Firefox to access the console, you are unable to save added or edited comments in a Software Product License.

This issue has been fixed and will be included in 8.5 RU4 when it is released.
As a workaround, use one of the following options:
1. Use Internet Explorer to edit a Software Product's License
2. Use Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox to access the Asset Management section in Home > Service and Asset Management > Software Licensing to add or edit a comment.
