Flow statistics hourly gaps

Issue/Introduction

If you look at the Flow Statistics page and find that there are hourly gaps which last about 10 minutes like this:

Environment

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Cause

There is a harvester which is currently down / offline causing problems with the Flow Statistics roll-up. 

Resolution

Find the harvester server which is down / offline and get its services started up. Flow Statistics data should start showing back up properly.
