DDLDB2 COLUMN COMMENTS NOT GENERATED FROM ELEMENT

Issue/Introduction

After applying RO66263, the DDL generation program                
will only generate a column comment if the comment is defined     
on the COLUMN relationship in the DESCRIPTION field.  Prior to    
RO66263, the comment would be generated if the comment was defined
on either the ELEMENT entity or the COLUMN relationship in the    
DESCRIPTION field.
