Issue/Introduction

We are currently running CA Output Webviewer 12.1.6 with CA-View 12.2.0 ,CA-Deliver 12.2.0 and CA-Dispatch 11.7.0 

It is being considered to upgrade CA-View and CA-Deliver to 14.0.0 .

Will our existing CA-Webviewer 12.1.6 be able to operate with CA-View 14.0.0, CA-Deliver 14.0.0 & CA-Dispatch 11.7.0?

Cause

Upgrade query

Resolution

Dispatch will stay the same still running with DRAS 11.7.

The only change required for for View 14.0 is the requirement to use DRAS 14.0 instead of DRAS 12.2. 

Web Viewer 12.1 does not require maintenance specific for View 14.0.
