Following installation and configuration of UJMA 11.2 SP2 CUM 1, attempts to start the service fail.

Service 'CA-Unicenter (Remote)' Stopped unexpectedly. Please check configuration.
Services on many other servers are correctly operating, connected to the CCI TCP Gateway.
The UJMA configuration from standardized local documentation is correct as near as we can tell. The server on which UJMA is installed can traceroute to the CCI TCP Gateway.
Note: Site documentation is being used as a standard without the benefit of a site SME for this installation.

check the installation path \CAIUSER\ccirmtd.rc file, it should have at least 1 entry for LOCAL and if you are connecting to any Non-Windows systems REMOTE entries for those.
