              LIBRARY. THE RETURN CODE (08) EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE VALUE. DATE 20.014 - TIME 11:08:40 - SEQUENCE NUMBER  
              000721.                     

IEW2648E 5111 ENTRY RMCMKLRG IS NOT A CSECT OR AN EXTERNAL NAME IN THE MODULE.

Cause

The reason the for the errors are because the module RMCMKLRG is not found.
Also PTF RO96576 is applied in error.

Resolution

The reason the for the  errors are because the module RMCMKLRG is not found.
Also PTF RO96576 is applied in error. 

You can see this by filtering in CSM:
- From the SMP/E Maintenance Tab
- Click Maintenance (SHOW ALL)
- Put a Check mark in the Filter Box and then for Status select 'Applied in Error'.

RO96576  TYPE            = PTF                                                                      DESCRIPTION     = DBM 20 GA IR 1                                                 
         STATUS          = REC  BYP  APP  ERR    

To resolve: 
1. Apply just RO96576 first so that it is correctly applied to remove the error flag.
2. Then apply SO07379. (RO96576 is a prerequisite of SO07379 which is the PTF that creates load module RMLMKLRG.
