UVC: wrong Easter Monday holiday on 2032 and 2033

Issue/Introduction

While updating calendars, and adding the public holidays for a country like France, the years 2032 and 2033 have an incorrect date:

Easter Monday ( Lundi de Pâques) are set to an incorrect date.

Cause

This is an issue present in UVC Holiday Templates up to version 6.10.31

Resolution

Workaround:manually fix the easter monday on the calendars for years 2032 and 2033.

It should be 29th march 2032 and 18th April 2033

Solution: 
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
