Rally: Team Status page is displaying projects for each user

Issue/Introduction

Something changed in our projects recently and I cannot figure out what, but when looking at the Team Status page, you will see that each person is listed as Name > Project > Tasks, when it used to be just Name >
I am wondering what could have changed here to add this extra “Project” plus under the name.

Resolution

To reproduce this, navigate to a project that has children and scope down.  Also, this functionality has been around for quite some time. The screenshot below displays how to scope down on a project.
