DevTest Server Components not getting started automatically on server restart

Issue/Introduction

Facing this strange issue in DevTest  versions. When any server restart happens the DevTest registry component is not coming up automatically although the StartupType: Automatic

Environment

Release : DevTest supported releases

Component : CA Service Virtualization

Cause

The DevTest component IAM takes longer to start completely before Registry process. To be able to handle this situation in "Automatic" startup setup, the changes have to be done at installer(install Shield) level. 

Resolution

Issue can be resolved by setting the startup type From Automatic To "Automatic (Delayed Start)"  for the below services and restart the machine.

DevTest Coordinator
