Web Client do not return more than 50 lines display

Issue/Introduction

A Windows view scroll past 50 lines stops. Even by playing with the scroll bar to try to get it to go further down the list is not displayed.

 

 

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : CA Vantage Storage Resource Manager

The Web client is the 14.0.06.
The Chrome version is  79.0.3945.123.
Notice that whatever the browser used the problem is the same.

Cause

Use of new High Screen Resolution devices with a resolution of 3480X1600.

Resolution

Send a new Web Client installation PAX file which includes the support of High Resolution screen.

 
As a work around, you can set the resolution to 1920X1080 till you install the new Pax file.

Please ask to the Support team to provide the new Pax file till the version 14.0.7 which will include it is available.
