Issue/Introduction

Custom Report on Timesheets are fine when timesheets are posted. However, when timesheets are adjusted, it does not reflect correctly.

Cause

Custom reporting can be inaccurate as it is user-defined and its not standardized and supported as it would be with the stock Jaspersoft reports.

Resolution

Be sure the following are reviewed:

1. Make sure the Post Timesheets job processes the adjustment timesheet so that the report is accurate as to the timesheet status and hours.

2. The Time Management domain and its measurement data needs to be used properly.

3. The SQL behind any of the stock reports by following the steps in

The Timesheet Detail will report the correct totals. If the custom report is built incorrectly, it will count the number of hours from the posted timesheet in addition to the adjusted timesheet.
