Issue/Introduction

On March 2, 2020, all Symantec Enterprise Support portals (Symantec SupportMySymantecSymantec Connect) and related services, tools and assets will migrate to Broadcom. For Email Security.Cloud clients you can continue to use ClientNet to track and create cases using your existing login.

Log into ClientNet>Select Support from the left tab: 




At the right of your screen in red you will see "SUPPORT" widget. Click on widget to track or create new case.
