OpenSSL - Generate Certificates and Keystore for SOI

Issue/Introduction

When trying to generate certificates and keystore for SOI using the documentation lonk below, I am unable to locate toe openssl.exe command

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Cause

Unable to find openssl command for generating certificates and keystore for SOI

Resolution

Before you generate a certificate and keystore, download the OpenSSL for Windows.
Follow these steps:
Download Openssl from https://sourceforge.net/projects/openssl/files/latest/download location. The openssl folder is downloaded to your system.
Unzip the Openssl folder.
Create CERTS folder in C drive.
For example, C:\CERTS
Navigate to \bin and copy the openssl.exe and openssl.cnf to CERTS folder.
