AT5#RPT Cleanup reporting deleted RULES in summary report

Issue/Introduction

When running the AT5#RPT report and rules have been deleted from the ACF2 Database, the report summary still reports on these rules.

Resolution

Running AT5#DBU with *ALL* will remove any deleted rules from the cleanup database. This will stop AT5#RPT from reporting on these resources.
