Unable to Print or Email from CA NFA

Issue/Introduction

Print and email options are not working from CA NFA console.

Getting below mentioned error whenever we tried to print or email from NFA.

Error:

Error: This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms.

Environment

NFA All Versions

Cause

NFA does not support FIPS being enabled on the NFA Console server.

Resolution

It is likely a group policy that was pushed to the NFA Console server that may have enabled FIPS on the server, which NFA doesn't support.

You can also disable this from the Registry by opening the registry editor and browse the following path. Make sure this registry subkey is set to 0: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\fipsalgorithmpolicy

You should restart All CA NFA and Netqos services, and run an IISRESET after making either of the changes above, then log out of NFA and back in and try again.
