Issue/Introduction

Seeing the WARN messages "java.util.zip.ZipException: Not in GZIP format" in VSE logs, how to to turn off these messages?

Cause

The messages are valid as the request contains a header "Content-Encoding:Gzip" but request is in JSON and not in Gzip

Resolution

For VSE log, not to show the WARN message "java.util.zip.ZipException: Not in GZIP format", modifying the below property in logging.properties should turn off the messages.

log4j.rootCategory=INFO,A1--> log4j.rootCategory=ERROR,A1
