How to restrict copying of sub-object data (such as Change Requests) when creating a project from template

Issue/Introduction

• Creating a new project from a template copies over the Status Reports, Change Requests (CRs)and other sub-object data which are part of the template.
• This causes duplicates of these items to appear in the project.
• Is there any way to restrict/avoid this?

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Resolution

This is default application behavior and is working as expected. We don't have a way to restrict sub-object data which is copied over from the template.
