This document will explain where and how to download Connectors for ITPAM

Resolution

  1. Login to support.broadcom.com by clicking the "Login" link in the upper right corner
  2. Ensure you are under Enterprise Software in the top right hand corner:
  4. Select "My Downloads" on the left side of the screen
  5. Select "Process Automation" from the products presented. You can search for this to make it easier
  6. Select the appropriate version similar to: CA Process Automation Enterprise License MULTI-PLATFORM 4.4
  7. Select the download link next to the connector iso image to download the iso.
