Issue/Introduction

DLP Endpoint Agent build information is provided to assist with confirming the latest releases.

Cause

Download of Endpoint Agent GA releases, Maintenance Packs, and Hotfixes are available at the Broadcom Support Portal.

For convenience, here are links to the downloads portal, for currently supported releases of the Endpoint Prevent "sellable" (sellable=DAT70964):

Hotfix Agent Builds

Hotfixes are generally only created against the latest GA or MP build available at the time the fix is published.

They are also cumulative, meaning that the latest hotfix released for each branch (16.0 RU1 MP1, 15.8 MP3, etc.) will usually contain fixes for issues discovered since the previous Maintenance Pack (MP). 

This means that, for example, the latest Windows hotfix for the 15.8 MP3 branch (currently 15.8.00320.01004), also includes the previous 7 Windows Agent fixes listed below that entry in the table.

Please note: This page does not show the hotfixes delivered via the LiveUpdate mechanism. For a list of those fixes and builds, see this Product Advisory.

Included with the GPO Deployment archive is a PDF, "Locally_hosted_Edge_Chromium_extension_deployment_through_GPO_policy", which includes files and instructions on how to deploy the Edge Chromium extension for Windows Agents via GPO.

 

The above builds are for the latest hotfixes for each branch (the versions in each row). 

To obtain the latest fixes, you must upgrade to the latest MP in each branch.

Or, to put it another way, customers who apply the most recent Maintenance Packs will also be ready to apply the most recent patches for issues that have been recently discovered.
